This is a THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your tape on PTSD. I am familiar with your book Staying Well with Guided Imagery and I have used your General Wellness tape in a Relaxation Circle for people with cancer.
Last Year I was Diagnosed with PTSD, and even though I am a Medical Social Worker of 30 years, I lost my sense of self to the point of becoming suicidal. Now I am well on the road to recovery with the help of a wonderful EMDR practitioner and your PTSD tape that I can recite by heart.

When I first discovered the moon, I gave it a different name. But everyone kept calling it the moon. The real name never caught on.
